Guaranteed Return Policy:  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases.  We have a 30 day return policy.  We will take back any un-opened merchandise no questions asked for 30 days from the date the items was ordered.  Here's what to do:

1.  Email us your order number and item numbers that you would like to return.  Let us know if you would like to exchange for other items or receive a refund.

2.  You are responsible for getting the product back to us. Please ship all returns to: 8990 W Windsor Dr. Peoria, AZ 85381 addressed to Returns and Exchanges

3. Once your return is received, we will process the return and issue you a refund. Initial shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

Manufactures Warranties:  Most manufactures will offer some form of warranty for their products.  If you have a defective item, please contact our customer service department so we can get the manufacturer involved right away.
