At The Hook Up Tackle, we want to make the warranty process as simple as possible. Warranty coverage, replacement programs, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer. Please review the information below for the specific brand and product you purchased.
When submitting a warranty claim, please have your original proof of purchase available, along with any required photos or additional information requested by the manufacturer.

BAITSANITY
All Baitsanity rods have a 3-year replacement warranty for the original owner.
Baitsanity offers a 90-day, no-questions-asked, free replacement manufacturer’s warranty to protect against any manufacturer defect.
After the 90-day period, or during the first 90 days if the rod broke due to fault of the angler, the rod will be covered under the Baitsanity X-Protect Warranty, which allows the original owner to purchase a replacement rod for any breakage reason for $199.
Warranty claims should be emailed to thehookuptackle@gmail.com, along with photos of the damage, a copy of the original purchase receipt, and a description of the issue.
RAID Japan
All RAID Japan rods have a 1-year manufacturer warranty for the original owner.
RAID Japan rods are protected under the no-questions-asked, free replacement manufacturer warranty for the first 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, or during the first 30 days if the rod broke due to fault of the angler, the rod will be covered under the RAID Gladiator Replacement Plan, which allows the original owner to purchase a replacement rod no matter why or how the rod broke.
Gladiator ANTI rod replacements are $199 plus shipping, and Gladiator MAXXIMUM rod replacements are $299 plus shipping.
Working Class Zero
All FORM 01 rods have a 90-day limited warranty on manufacturing defects.
Working Class Zero does not warranty normal wear and tear, misuse, modification, or improper care.
Working Class Zero will determine the validity of each warranty claim, including whether a claim resulted from a manufacturing defect or from circumstances not covered by this warranty.
